We can only be in England when on a day of constant rain one hears that hose pipe bans are being introduced in some parts and that a drought is feared. Nature is uncertain and so are the times we live in in general. I wonder what the 'cut-back' budget will have meant for you?
There is nothing wrong with austerity - it is biblical as it can grow us and refine us - ask anyone who lived through WWII. Communities can be drawn together, holidays spent locally and there is more scope to help neighbours in need.
